In 2003 a photovoltaic system was installed at Race Point, bringing electricity back to the Keeper’s house. New for 2007, a 2.5kw wind turbine supplements the solar array; we now have a complete and environmentally friendly way to provide electricity to Race Point. Even our back-up generator uses bio-diesel fuel.
