Cancellation/Refund Policy:

  • 14 days or more prior to arrival date: all except 10% or $25 refund, whichever is greater.
  • 7-13 days prior to arrival date: 50% refund.
  • Less than 7 days prior to arrival date: no refund.

Additional information:

No pets or candles, please.
Smoking in the house is not permitted.
Your resident Keeper stays at the house with you.
